Emily brings nearly a decade of experience in the financial services sector, specialising in adviser engagement, strategic relationship management, and premium client support.

In her current role as Business Development Manager at Princeton Financial Services, Emily contributes to the firm’s strategic distribution initiatives and supports the Princeton Property Income Fund (PPIF).

Her focus includes engaging with high-net-worth (HNW) family offices, strengthening relationships across wholesale adviser networks, and coordinating key stakeholder engagement across the business.

Prior to joining Princeton, Emily held senior roles at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management, where she worked closely with executive leadership, advisers, and HNW and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients.

Her experience spans business development support, partnership programs, adviser workflow optimisation, and the delivery of premium client experiences—providing her with deep insight into the operational and relationship standards required across both institutional and private wealth environments.
