Hanna Nguyen has 23 years of experience in the finance industry, specialising in commercial property finance. Her credit decision-making is based on her extensive understanding of a broad range of lending products, such as property investment, construction financing, land sub-divisions and site financing.
Hanna has gained knowledge in previous credit management roles across Australia’s major banks, including NAB, St George/Westpac and Commonwealth Bank. In these positions, she was a key player in highly complex property financing transactions, providing insightful advice and structuring effective risk mitigation strategies.
Hanna holds a Master of Applied Finance alongside a Master of Commerce (Hons) by research. Her thesis was titled ‘Project Finance Risk Pricing for Australian Lenders’. Before joining the banking industry, she was a part-time lecturer in Principal Finance at Western Sydney University.
