Scott brings over 35 years as an accomplished finance professional including 15 years of distinguished performance in funds management and property development. Scott brings a breadth of knowledge across various property acquisitions and the development of residential, commercial, hotel and light industrial assets. Scott commenced his career working in tax and audit for Deloittes specializing in the SME sector.
Scott is responsible for the overall finance and performance of the business including compliance , reporting, strategic planning and information technology. In addition to this Scott has considerable experience evaluating investment opportunities with a particular focus on debt and equity finance structuring. He is also involved in the review, negotiation and approval of financial and legal documents and assists with the settlement of property transactions.
